Nula is a refined IGP rosé wine, made from selected Negroamarograpes, the symbolic vine of Salento's winemaking tradition. Handcrafted for Amore di Puglia by a local winery that respects traditional winemaking processes, this rosé elegantly expresses the perfect balance between freshness and structure.

Its soft pink colour anticipates a delicate and enveloping bouquet, with notes of small red fruits that enhance its aromatic profile. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a pleasant acidic note that makes it extremely versatile and suitable for multiple pairings.

Perfect with traditional mediterraneandishes, from light starters to fish and vegetable dishes. To best appreciate all its nuances, we recommend serving it at 8-10°C.
